NKCPS Adds SchoolMessenger SMS Feature

Parents and guardians can now take advantage of our text messaging service.

New Kent County Public Schools can now utilize the SchoolMessenger Communicate system to deliver text messages straight to mobile phones with important information about events, school closings, safety alerts and more.

To participate in this free service just send a text message of “Y” or “Yes” to NKCPS' short code number, 67587. To opt out of these messages at any time simply reply to one of the messages with “Stop."

SchoolMessenger is compliant with the Student Privacy Pledge, so you can rest assured that your information is safe and will never be given or sold to anyone.
